Donald R. Buie

Donald R. Buie is a 1974 graduate of Hoke County High School in Raeford, North Carolina. He then attended Wingate College in Wingate, North Carolina where he received an Associate in Arts degree in 1976. He received his bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Elon college, in Elon College, North Carolina in 1978. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree form North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina in 1981.

In October 1981, Mr. Buie began his legal career in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and has continuously practiced law in Winston-Salem since that time. He has experience in litigation before all levels of the state courts of North Carolina, Civil and Criminal. He is admitted to practice in the Middle and Western Districts of the United States District Court. He regularly practices in The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He concentrates his practice in the areas of serious auto accidents, wrongful death, and personal injury. He also does work in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, DWI / traffic, wills, estates and civil litigation.
